Blogger SEO is very important for us. We all need traffic on our blog. And it is possible through Search Engines. Today I will learn you that how to index your blog posts in search engine e.g., Google, Bing, Yahoo!.
There is some issues thats why your blog does not index by Google. Here I will describe those issues and their solution.
Section A of Blogger SEO.

• Log in to blogger
• Go to Setting as shown in figure

• Click on Search Preferences

• Click on Meta tag and enable Description
• Write blog description why your blog made for?

• Enable Custom Robot.txt

User-agent: Mediapartners-Google

Disallow:

User-agent: *

Disallow: /search

Allow: /

Sitemap: http://YOUR BLOG URL/feeds/posts/default?orderby=UPDATED

• Copy paste above Code in Robot.tx 
• Enable Custom Robot Header tag
• Check your blog Robot Header Tag as shown figure

• You are Done!
• An Option will appear in post setting which will allow your blog to index in google
